Window on the Desert (ft. Facies / OTM Crew)

First mural created in 2023 with Facies (member of the OTM crew, calligraphic composition around the face). Draped faces and deep gazes were a recurring theme in the summer of 2023. Beyond a visual representation of a distant people, I wanted to express the universality of a gaze as a window. The eyes, to my mind, are a gateway to our Universe, and a real challenge to represent artistically. This work, the first in a series (see the rest of the portfolio), also represents the evolution of my style towards the integration of abstract elements (drips) into realistic work (face).
